We are delighted to announce that Phil Sinclair is joining CereCore International as Director of Consulting, strengthening our senior leadership team as we enter the next phase of our international growth.
Phil brings more than 23 years’ experience in healthcare digital transformation, consulting and professional services. He joins us from KPMG, where he was a Senior Director within the UK healthcare practice, following senior roles with IBM Consulting, Ideal Health, Philips and McKinsey & Company.
He brings a powerful combination of consulting leadership, commercial experience and hands-on healthcare transformation delivery, with experience spanning the full lifecycle from strategy, business case and procurement through to programme delivery, EPR implementation, optimisation and benefits realisation.
Phil’s appointment reflects where we are taking CereCore International. As part of HCA Healthcare, we already bring deep experience of delivering and operating technology within live healthcare environments. Our ambition now is to build on that foundation and further develop a scaled international healthcare consulting business, combining strategic advisory capability with the practical experience required to deliver complex transformation successfully.
Phil will lead the growth and development of our consulting capability, strengthening our propositions and delivery models, building our consulting teams and working alongside our commercial and technology leadership to develop deeper, longer-term strategic partnerships with healthcare organisations.
Our aim is not simply to advise on transformation, but to help healthcare organisations take it from strategy through delivery and into measurable, sustainable value.
